My name is Susanne Krogh-Hansen

I specialise in innovative and user centric approaches to business analysis and user experience, with focus on agile development, design sprints and design thinking.

Throughout my career I have worked with:

- Business Analysis with focus on processes and benefit realisation.

Graphic facilitation, graphic recording, design thinking, project planning, gamification, interactive e-learning,
graphic design & video production.

In all my jobs facilitation has played a key role. Over time I have developed a deep knowledge about what tools I need in my toolkit to be fully prepared for anything that might come up during a meeting or sprint.

Go Faciliation was born because I want to share my preferred tools with as many as possible. I have collected my favorite tools of trade in one solid toolbox that you can now lay your hands on.
