What is the GoFacilitate – Subscription refill box?
If you choose the subscription refill box, you will receive a refill of the standard materials from the full kit. The refill subscription is charged and sent to you automatically every two months, to make sure you never run out of facilitation materials. You can see the full content list.
What is the GoFacilitate – Subscription Surprise?
If you choose the subscription surprise box, every two months you will receive a surprise box, containing one custom designed card with a visual facilitation method and new items for you facilitation kit. The surprise subscription is charged and sent to you automatically every two months. You can see the contents of previous surprise boxes.
When can I expect to receive my order?
We strive to ship the full kits almost immediately.
The subscriptions boxes are packed in the second week of every month, and shipped immediately after packing. You can expect to receive your subscription box in the third week of every month. First time orders placed after the 15th and end of month will be shipped almost immediately. Please contact us at if you have additional questions.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please note however that the full kits weigh 1,5 kg - meaning that shipping is added depending on the country we will be shipping to. Please do not hesitate to contact us, if you want to know what it costs.
